It's general information
What's on this site is general information about bathroom, ensuite, laundry and rental bathroom renovations in the Wollongong area. It isn't advice about your particular house and it isn't a quote.
We talk about things like asbestos, waterproofing, strata approvals, bushfire-prone land, heritage items and rental minimum standards to help you understand the process. Those rules change and depend on the property. Before relying on anything, check with the right body — NSW Fair Trading, SafeWork NSW, Wollongong City Council, a certifier or your owners corporation.
An enquiry isn't a contract
Sending an enquiry means you'd like to be contacted about a measure and quote. It doesn't create a building contract, lock in a start date or commit you to anything.
Any contract for renovation work is between you and the licensed builder who quotes the job. This website isn't a party to it.
Prices on this site
Price ranges on this website, including on the prices page, are 2026 planning guides. They're not offers or quotes. The price of the work is only set by a written quote after a measure.
